Who We Help

Please consider referral for patients who:

  • Have diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea and are candidates for OAT

  • Are unable to tolerate CPAP or prefer a CPAP alternative

  • Have persistent snoring with suspected OSA requiring evaluation

  • Need a custom, titratable appliance with follow-up and monitoring

A sleep study (HST or PSG) is required prior to initiating therapy.

What We Provide

We provide a complete oral appliance therapy workflow, including:

  • Review of sleep study and clinical history

  • Dental evaluation for candidacy

  • Digital scan or impressions

  • Custom appliance fabrication

  • Delivery, education, and titration

  • Follow-up monitoring and adjustments

We prioritize patient comfort, adherence, and communication with the referring clinician.

Collaborative Care & Follow-Up

We aim to make coordination easy for your office.

Typical communication includes:

  • Confirmation of receipt of referral

  • Candidacy determination and treatment plan summary

  • Updates during titration as needed

  • Documentation for ongoing care

If you would like a standardized communication format (initial note + follow-up summary), we can align with your preferred workflow.

What to Send With the Referral

To expedite care, please send:

  • Sleep study report (HST or PSG) with AHI/REI and oxygen data

  • Most recent clinic note or diagnosis summary (if available)

  • CPAP intolerance documentation (if relevant)

  • Insurance information (optional but helpful)

If sleep testing has not yet occurred, we can coordinate next steps with the patient’s medical provider.

Hello! I’m Dr. Ola Kobierzycki (pronounced Kobe-jetski), a third-generation dentist with a deep passion for helping people smile and live healthier lives.

Dentistry runs in my family, and over the years, that legacy has inspired me to pursue extensive training around the world in both general dentistry and dental sleep medicine. I completed my training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

As an AADSM Qualified Dentist, I focus on helping patients find real relief from sleep apnea through compassionate, evidence-based care. I’m proud to be among the few dental providers in the area who are in-network with medical insurance for sleep-related treatments—making care more accessible and affordable for my patients.

I also collaborate closely with local hospitals and sleep physicians to ensure every patient receives truly comprehensive, coordinated care.
